And when your home is complete, our licensed inspector can complete the final inspection. Our Process

H&H Residential Plans LLC works directly with the client to design their custom dream home.

Step 1: I will come to your home and meet you face to face so we can get to know each other, share ideas, and to determine your needs.

Step 2: I will take your ideas and suggestions and draw the floor plan and exterior (elevations). Changes to the drawings are welcome. It's a back and forth process until your home is just the way you want it.

Step 3: The plans are sent to your selected builder for approval. Then, the plans are sent to the truss company you and your builder choose.

Step 4: While the plans are at the truss company, I will draw the electrical, foundation, and site plans. For the site plan, a survey would most likely be needed.

Step 5: Once the truss plans are received everything is sent to an engineer, who will draft any engineering pages that need to be done, then stamp the plans.

Step 6: Finally, you are given a digital copy and three 2 ft. x 3 ft. printed copies of the blueprint set.

Step 7: Build your dream home!

Do you want to see your design in print but are not ready to build? That's perfectly fine. You don't have to be ready to build. But, when you are ready, having your blueprints completed ahead of time will be a great benefit. It's a smart move!
